What data we ask for

Offer (booking) form: name, company, email, WhatsApp, artist or genre, city and country, venue, capacity, date or date range, event type, approximate budget (USD), message.

Artist registration form: artist or show, contact name, email, WhatsApp, Instagram, Spotify, available dates, countries or cities of interest, minimum capacity, message.

The contact form asks for the basics we need to reply. Everything you write is what you choose to share.

What we use it for

We use your data to reply and manage bookings: verifying the event, proposing available artists, holding dates and coordinating the negotiation or your artist registration.

Who it is shared with

We do not sell your data to third parties. Only the ONTOUR team and the technical providers that run the site and email see it.

How it is stored

Data is stored securely and only for as long as it is needed to handle your request.

How to ask for deletion

Write to info@ontourent.com and ask us to delete your data. We remove it from our records.
